Refund Policy
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the event are non-refundable.
For cancellations made more than ten (10) days prior to the event date, a full refund will be issued, excluding the cost of any special-order or non-returnable items.
For cancellations made within ten (10) days of the event, an 8% service fee and a 10% restocking fee (calculated based on the quote balance) will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding any special-order or non-returnable items.
For postponements made more than ten (10) days prior to the event, the remaining balance may be applied to a future event. Please note that if the rescheduled event takes place more than two (2) months after the original event date, all prices—including those for products, labor, and delivery/pickup services—are subject to change.
For postponements made within ten (10) days of the event, an 8% service fee will be applied to the quote balance. The remaining balance may be credited toward a future event. If the rescheduled event occurs more than two (2) months after the original date, all pricing for products, labor, and delivery/pickup services is subject to change. A 10% restocking fee, based on the quote balance, will also apply.
Any product removed from the order within five (5) days of the event is subject to a restocking fee.
Bartender Cancellations: A cancellation fee per staff member will apply if bartending services are cancelled within ten (10) days of the event.
