What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card and ACH payments. Alternative payment methods may be considered with prior approval from Liquid Catering.
Do you have liability coverage and insurance?
We have all appropriate ABC licensing, liquor liability insurance covering $5 million and one/multiple day liquor permit options.
Do I need to provide a physical bar or will Liquid Catering provide?
Our packages do not include a physical bar, however bar rentals are available on request.
Are packages customizable?
Yes! We offer many different preset packages that satisfy most needs. However, if you would like a specific brand, product served, or the addition of welcome beverages, for example, we can customize your package to meet your needs.
I'm providing the beverage products for my event, can I hire bartenders only?
Yes, we offer bartending service without the need to purchase a beverage package. Saturday restrictions apply.
We loved the bartenders that worked our last event, can we request them again?
​Yes! We are thrilled that you had such a great experience with your bartenders and will do what we can to fulfill your request.
If I provide special shirts or apparel for the staff to wear to my event, is that allowed?
Yes, in most cases. Feel free to check with your sales rep.
I've made my deposit and confirmed my event, is there anything else I need to do?
Please assure you have given us your best day of contact, and any needed delivery and parking information. Other than that, we will take care of the rest!
